About Steam Cleaners
A steam cleaner, also known as a vapor steam cleaner, is an electrical appliance that produces superheated steam under pressure in a self-contained boiler. When the steam vapor is directed at a surface (usually via an insulated hose), it quickly dissolves dirt, grime, grease, etc. by breaking the soil bonds for easy removal by wiping or vacuuming.
The vapor's heat also sanitizes a surface. It kills germs, bacteria, molds, and viruses as well as killing bed bugs, dust mites. spores, and other forms of biocontamination.
As the volume of superheated steam vapor to water is approximately 2000 to 1, a large amount of steam is created by a very small quantity of a water. This means that the liquid residue is minimal, making a steam cleamer suitable for use inside a home, building, or vehicle.
No detergent or chemical disinfectant is necessary, making the steam cleaner an all-natural, green cleaning solution.

Common applications include floors, tiles, walls, windows, toys, kitchen and bathroom fixtures, work tools, automobile engines, and garden equipment. While hard surfaces hard surfaces are ideal applications, vapor steaming of carpets, rugs, bedding, and upholstery also is highly effective.
